Everett Gibson - Instructional Coach

Introduction:

As an educator with a passion for fostering growth and development in both teachers and students, I am thrilled to serve Tison Middle School as an instructional coach this school year. My time in education has equipped me with a diverse set of experiences, from teaching and coaching to curriculum development, all of which of reinforced my belief in the transformative power of effective teaching practices.

I am excited about the opportunity to work closely with teachers to empower them with tools and strategies designed to enhance instruction, ultimately benefiting the students they serve. My approach as an instructional coach is grounded in collaboration and evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a supportive environment where teachers feel valued and encouraged to take risks and explore new methodologies. By building strong relationships and fostering a culture of continuous learning, I aim to contribute to a dynamic educational community where everyone is committed to excellence. I am eager to work alongside teachers to unlock their full potential, thus ensuring every student access to the highest quality education.
