Girls of Greatness Information:
The Girls of Greatness will meet once per month from September through April. Students who may participate are nominated by Tison staff members. Students interested in being part of the club should talk to their teachers about the club and express their interest in joining. On club meeting dates, all boys who are club members are asked to dress for success. A parent permission form is required for a student to attend club meetings.
About the Girls of Greatness:
The Girls of Greatness Club was created as a companion to the Craftsmen Club to offer young women at Tison Middle School the same empowering opportunity for leadership, character development, and personal growth.
Launched shortly after the original Boys to Men Club began gaining momentum, Girls of Greatness was established to help young women build confidence, develop strong values, and learn what it means to lead with integrity and compassion—on campus and beyond. The club meets once per month and brings in guest speakers from the community to share real-world advice, encouragement, and inspiration. Each meeting provides a safe and uplifting space for girls to discuss their goals, build strong friendships, and grow into the leaders they are meant to be.
From its beginning, Girls of Greatness has been supported by families, educators, and community members who believe in the power of young women and the importance of guiding them toward a bright and purposeful future.
