Scott Wells - Guidance Counselor

I am excited to start year three at Tison MS, and Weatherford ISD.  My goal is to support the students of Tison socially and emotionally, as well as academically, so that they transition to the high school confident in themselves and their future success.  My prior experience includes serving as a teacher, coach, and counselor in Ferris ISD (17 years), a counselor in Corsicana ISD (2 years), and a counselor in Arlington ISD (6 years).

 

Melanie and I have been married since 1994, and she is a dyslexia therapist for EMS ISD.  Our three children are Ryan (Texas A&M engineering graduate '19, ERCOT engineer), Madison (Baylor graduate '20, in year two of medical school at A.T. Still in Missouri), and Allison (UTA graduate '22, current volleyball player working on Masters in Health Science Administration).
